YEREVAN.- The Armenian Culture Ministry plans to send a letter to renowned Columbian writer Gabriel Garcia Marquez with an invitation to visit Armenia, one of the initiators of  “Invite Marquez to Armenia” campaign told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

In their letter addressed to the Ministry of Culture members of “Invite Marquez to Armenia” initiative noted that over 2,500 people expressed willingness to see the famous writer in Armenia. Besides, authors of the letter promise to draft visit’s agenda and participate in organization of the events.
