BAKU. - Officer of Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense committed a suicide.

According to information, the incident was recorded at about 06:00, in Shaki Region. The platoon commander of N Military Unit of Defense Ministry in Naftalan city, senior lieutenant Anar Maharramov Malik hanged himself in his own house. His dead body was found by members of his family. The causes of suicide are unknown.

An investigation is underway in Shaki Region Prosecutor’s Office, APA agency reports.
