An event of remembrance and homage, entitled "I owe light to your silence," has started at Yerablur Military Pantheon in Yerevan.

Singer and Karabakh war veteran Davit Amalyan, who lost his eldest son Vardan in the 44-day war last year, told NEWS.am that this is not a concert, but an evening of homage, something like a campaign because 94 people will come out on the stage at Yerablur, not all of them are stage performers, but they will sing and recite. The duration of the songs will be 1.5 minutes, and the recitations—half a minute.

"Since it is an evening of homage, we have decided that there will be representatives of all music genres. There will be no announcement after the performances, everyone will hang the light in their hands on the Tree of Life, saying the slogan, 'I owe light to your silence.' It turns out that the empty Tree of Life is illuminated, reborn as a symbol of unity and rebirth,” said Amalyan.

This event of homage will last 1.5 hours and is broadcast live.
