Turkish President Abdullah Gul had a phone conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev.

The Presidents agreed to “obviate some emotional reactions in the difficult stage,” Azerbaijani APA news agency reports.

Gul informed Aliyev of the progress in negotiations with RF President Dmitry Medvedev and U.S. President Barack Obama, aimed at establishment of peace and stability in Caucasus, Turkish presidential press service informs.
