The Spanish Parliament voted for the adoption of a set of measures aimed at saving electricity and reducing the use of Russian gas. In particular, now air conditioners in public places cannot be set to temperatures colder than 27°C, and heating in winter - warmer than 19°C.

In Germany, hot water will be turned off in public places from September, and the air temperature will not exceed 19°C. Corridors and foyers will not be heated, and the lighting of the building will not turn on at night. Priority on the railway will be given not to passenger trains, but to trains carrying coal and oil.
In Croatia, the government has proposed lowering the VAT on wood to 5% and abolishing this tax entirely on solar panels.
