YEREVAN. – Armenia’s delegation attending fall session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), being held in Strasbourg, France, continues its moratorium modus operandi, and it will not respond to accusations made by the Azerbaijani delegation, Armenian delegation member and MP Naira Zohrabyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am, from Strasbourg, noting that the delegation convened a session and reached a consensus on such decision.

Zohrabyan also edited her addresses on the basis of this decision, but she believes such work method is wrong, as not everyone in Europe is aware of the happenings in South Caucasus region.

“The Azerbaijanis continued with their lies, today as well, that the Armenians supposedly had killed a child. The Armenian delegation did not deal the deserving counterblow to Azerbaijani lies,” the MP stated, assuring that the moratorium policy is completely wrong and not in Armenia’s interests.

Session of PACE Subcommittee on Karabakh will convene at 3 p.m., France local time, and Armenia’s delegation has yet again refused to attend it on the grounds that the given format merely obstructs the Karabakh peace talks.

Naira Zohrabyan also informed that Ukrainian FM will address PACE session on Tuesday and that she is among the list parliamentarians who will pose questions to him.
