YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Minister of Culture Sergo Karapetyan sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the Agricultural Worker’s Day.

The Ministry’s Press Service told Armenian News-NEWS.am that the message specifically reads as follows:

“In the 20th anniversary year of Armenia’s independence, the Agricultural Worker’s Day is celebrated on state-level for the first time. And this is a real manifestation of the new approach and state care toward our system.      

Consistently following the path of economic reform, Armenia’s agriculture, which the republic’s President declared a priority domain, is moving—in small but real steps—towards such point of development, where the harvest and benefits from our land would enable to completely ensure the country’s food security.”
