YEREVAN. – A public transport minibus caused a huge collision in Armenia’s capital, Yerevan, on Sunday. 

First, the Gazelle-model minibus crashed into a Honda Civic, at an intersection, and subsequently hit a Daewoo Nexia-model taxi, which was waiting under the red light. Next, a Mazda, which likewise was waiting under the red light, and in an attempt to avoid a crash, reversed but hit a VAZ 2106-model car.    

Two passengers in the minibus were injured and transferred to hospital.

An investigation is underway, Police Force Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
