A court in Germany has made a precedent ruling regarding Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Armenians, Armenian National Assembly former deputy Taron Simonyan informed on Facebook.

"The administrative court of the city of Kassel in Germany has adopted a precedent decision, recognizing that the [Armenian] citizen of Artsakh is considered a ‘stateless person’ and cannot return to Artsakh, considering that he will be subject to prosecution by Azerbaijan. This verdict is final and not subject to appeal," Simonyan wrote, in particular.
