Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision according to which Artur Dalibaltyan will be appointed as the military attaché of Armenia in Lebanon.
As per this decision, Dalibaltyan will star serving in this capacity starting from November 25, for a period of three years, and his respective residence will be in Beirut.
