YEREVAN. – While driving his Toyota, in Armenia’s capital Yerevan on December 16, Yerevan State Chamber Theatre Director Ara Yernjakyan hit Metaksya Avdalyan, 28, and Hayk Hovhannisyan, 23. The two were transferred to hospital, Police Force Information Department informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The incident occurred in downtown Yerevan. Yernjakyan did not drive away after the accident; he called for an ambulance and helped so that the injured parties are taken to hospital.

The police are preparing evidentiary material on the incident.

And the hospital informed that Metaksya Avdalyan refused medical assistance, whereas Hayk Hovhannisyan is convalescing and receiving treatment.
