Interim Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa will announce on Saturday, March 29, the composition of the new government of the Arab republic, Al Hadath TV channel reports. 

According to his information, the new cabinet will replace the transitional government, which was headed since December 10 by Mohammed al-Bashir.

Al Hadath sources noted that the government will be inclusive and will include mostly technocrat ministers. The current heads of the Interior Ministry, Foreign Ministry and Defense Ministry will retain their posts.

The cabinet is expected to be led by al-Sharaa himself, who, according to the March 13 constitutional declaration, holds all executive power.
