It is necessary to clarify the programs and solutions to the current problems in NKR domestic policy and withstand the challenges to its foreign policy, NKR NA Speaker and NKR Democratic Party leader Ashot Ghulyan stated in the course of the regional visit of ARF Dashnaktsutyun to Artsakh.

According to him, both ARF Dashnaktsutyun and other NKR political forces face the mentioned issues.
The recent years’ experience and atmosphere of political accord provides for an opportunity for joint problems’ solving, he outlined.
