This January-October, the volume of Azerbaijan’s government securities market totaled 2,780,786 manats – a decrease of 61% as compared with the corresponding period last year (7,177,233 manats).

Referring to the Security Committee of Azerbaijan, 1news.az reported that 882 securities deals were effected this January-October against 1,964 in the corresponding period last year.

REPO transactions constitute a majority (654 transactions to the amount of 1,874,808 manats against 1,460 transactions to the amount of 5,108,809 manats last January-October – a decrease of 63%).
