YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Deputy FM Sergey Manasaryan on Thursday received the Republic of Korea’s (South Korea) newly appointed Ambassador to Armenia, Wi Sung Lac—whose diplomatic residence is in Moscow—, who presented the copy of his credentials to Manasaryan.  

The Deputy FM wished the Ambassador success in his new mission, and expressed a hope that the diplomat will greatly contribute to developing bilateral relations and extending cooperation, MFA informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.    
In his turn, the Ambassador assured that he will do everything within his power to strengthening and deepening Armenian-South Korean relations.   

Sergey Manasaryan and Wi Sung Lac also reflected on cooperation issues and the need to expand the legal and contractual domain between both countries. 

They discussed the preparations for the events to be organized in connection with 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic between Armenia and South Korea.

The interlocutors also exchanged view on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
