December 1, 2009 RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan and his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu discussed the prospects of Armenia-Turkey Protocols’ ratification terms in the course of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Athens, RA MFA Press Secretary Tigran Balayan informed NEWS.am.
“The Ministers discussed Protocols’ ratification terms, signed in Zurich, Oct. 10. The officials did not touch upon Nagorno-Karabakh issue in the course of the meeting,” Balayan stated.
