On December 19, around 4 pm., the Armenia’s Attorney General Office has received application with the signatures of Armenian National Assembly MPs Vardan Oskanyan and Levon Zurabyan.

“We ask to initiate a criminal case on illegal wiretapping of our conversation and uploading it on a social network. We want to discover and punish the ones responsible for the case,” the application reads.

Information was provided to Armenian News-NEWS.am from the Attorney General Office. In addition, they also added that attached to the application the MPs presented their prior announcements on the case.

On the same day, according to the order of the Attorney General of Armenia, the application of the MPs was sent to the special investigation department of Armenia, to decide whether the case to be initiated as a criminal trial.
