Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan will take part in the meeting of foreign ministers of the International Organization of Francophonie, Armenian MFA spokesperson Anna Naghdalyan told reporters on Monday.

The meeting of foreign ministers will be held October 30-31 in Monaco.
