The Artsakh Prosecutor's Office reported violations from the Azerbaijani side.

"Around noon on February 2022 in the area near the town of Askeran, from an Azerbaijani combat position several shots were fired from a large-caliber machine gun in the direction of workers of the stone-working enterprise Future Generations' Fund LLC, operating in the village of Khramort in the Askeran. Fleeing from the gunfire, workers had to hide for about two hours before police arrived. The circumstances of the incident are being investigated," the prosecutor's office said.
