YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: During the Pashinyan-Aliyev meeting in Prague on October 6, Armenia and Azerbaijan confirmed their commitment to the UN Charter and the 1991 Alma-Ata declaration, by which the parties once recognized each other's territorial integrity.

However, the members of the 1991-95 RA SC [Supreme Council] announced that Armenia ratified that declaration with reservations, noting that it does not apply to Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)]. It was discussed in the RA SC, and the reservation was put in the protocol. SC vice president Ara Sahakyan, MPs Suren Zolyan and Kim Balayan told us about this.

However, after those announcements, the authorities tried to find the declaration and its voting protocol in the NA [(National Assembly)] or the MFA archives, but did not find it.

They told us from the NA that there is no such document in their archive, maybe it is in the National Archive.

We have made an inquiry to find out where the historical document has disappeared, in the adoption of which 260 people participated, and many people have been informed.
