Turkey will open a consulate in the Azerbaijani-occupied Armenian city of Shushi in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).

The Turkish president responded to reporters' questions on the plane on his way back from Azerbaijan to Turkey, Milliyet reported.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that Turkey will open a consulate in Shushi, and added that this will be his country’s third consulate in Azerbaijan.
