After a meeting held in Yevlakh on September 29, Ramin Mamedov, who is responsible for contacts with the Armenian residents of Nagorno-Karabakh, has announced that measures will be taken in Karabakh to establish mobile communication services, television, and radio broadcasting.

To address various issues including economic, communal, and infrastructure matters, members of the working group in the Karabakh region are scheduled to visit the city of Stepanakert on October 2.
