Aram Kocharyan, a 21-year-old from Yerevan, tragically lost his life on October 2 when he was shot by Azerbaijani armed forces while delivering food to Armenian positions in Kut of Gegharkunik region. Aram was the only boy in his family, which includes his parents and a sister.
Aram was studying management at the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University and had dreams of becoming a pilot. According to his friends and relatives, he was known for his intelligence, humor, friendliness, and kindness.
Azerbaijani forces not only targeted Aram's food truck on October 2, but also an ambulance, violating international humanitarian law. While two wounded servicemen were transferred to a military hospital, their lives are not in danger at the moment, according to the Ministry of Defense.
