Three top officials have left Nagorno-Karabakh and entered Armenia. According to Mediahub, they are the minister of Internal Affairs of Artsakh/Nagorno-Karabakh, Karen Sargsyan, director of the National Security Service of Nagorno-Karabakh, Ararat Melkumyan, and the head of the staff of the President of Nagorno-Karabakh.
Early in the morning, Mediahub wrote that last night, the Azerbaijanis did not allow the director of the State National Security Service to cross the Hakari Bridge, took him to Stepanakert (arrested and then released - ed.), and after negotiations they allowed him to come to Armenia.
According to the site's source, only the former and current presidents and several high-ranking officials remained in Karabakh. Azerbaijan does not allow Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Arayik Harutyunyan and Samvel Shahramanyan to leave Artsakh. However, active negotiations are underway over the issue.
The Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan has issued an arrest warrant for Arayik Harutyunyan.
