A group called Anti-Capitalist Muslim Youth also participated in the May Day celebrations in Istanbul’s Taksim Square. 

During its march, the group held a large banner that read “Liberty to Slaves” in Turkish, Arabic, Kurdish, and Armenian, Firat News Agency informs.  

The Anti-Capitalist Muslim Youth noted that they are protesting against the massacring of the Armenians and the Alevis, and that they demand an end to the construction of nuclear and hydro power plants and a democratic solution to the Kurdish issue.
