Iranian Foreign Ministry blamed U.S. and Israel for killing of nuclear scientist Massoud Ali Mohammadi, Jewish Haaretz reports.
“Primary investigations into the assassination revealed signs of the involvement of the Zionist regime [Israel], the US and their surrogates in Iran,” Press TV quotes Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehman-Parast.
However, the Haaretz underlines that Israel refused to respond to any accusations. Official Washington also denied responsibility in the murder, saying it is absurd.
January 12, Iranian nuclear physicist Massoud Ali-Mohammadi was killed in an explosion in the center of Tehran.
Iran’s accusations aroused serious concerns. Thus, The Washington Times in the “War with Iran nears” article points out that Israel is getting prepared to possible conflict and “diplomatic outreach effort” of the Obama administration is already dead.
