YEREVAN. – The driver of an unidentified vehicle ran over 59-year-old Ashot Matevosyan on an Armenian capital city Yerevan street, on Friday at around 6am, the Police informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

Matevosyan sustained injuries and was taken to Armenia Medical Center where, not having regained consciousness, he died on the same day at 9am. 

An investigation is launched into this incident.
