YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Police is searching for Russian Federation citizen Ivan Shebetin, who was born in 1988.
Shebetin had arrived in Armenia on September 14, subsequently headed to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, next, he had telephoned a relative—on September 20 at 12pm—informing that he was in the vicinity of Armenian capital city Yerevan’s railway station, and then he had gone missing.
To note, Ivan Shebetin suffers from schizophrenia.
