YEREVAN.- The EU will continue assisting Armenia’s Justice Ministry with reforms, representative of EU delegation to Armenia Onno Simons told reporters on Wednesday.

The EU has already assisted Armenia in this sector, in particular seven new court buildings have been constructed and another two have been renovated. Moreover, the buildings are equipped with 26 terminals enabling citizens to file complains, Simons said.

He also recalled about the lawyer school organizing trainings for lawyers and preparing new personnel in Armenia. It is only a part of programs implemented by the EU in Armenia, he added.

Simmons said positive dynamic in reforms was registered but there is still much to do. The EU will continue the programs in the second stage of legal reforms.
