U.S. Secretary of Defense Robert Gates will visit Turkey to participate in the informal meeting of NATO defense ministers in Istanbul, February 4-5, World Bulletin reports.
Gates also intends to hold a number of official meetings in Ankara before heading to Italy and France for talks.
