YEREVAN.- Raffi Hovannisian and the Heritage Party will convene a broad-based public meeting on Saturday, December 22 at noon at the Armenia Marriott Hotel on Republic Square.
This special gathering, framed as it is to bridge the artificial divide between civil society and the political process, will comprise citizen speeches, musical presentations, a major announcement by Hovannisian, and a snap convention of the Heritage Party.
