YEREVAN. – No foreign currency trading was conducted Monday at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange; this was the case on December 14, too.
The offer exchange rate for the US national currency—and against the Armenian dram (AMD)—was AMD 407.75/$1 at the stock exchange on Monday, but its demand rate did not surpass AMD 407.05/$1.
In Armenia’s cash foreign currency market, the dollar’s buying and selling exchange rates are at the AMD 406-409/$1 range respectively.
