Previously convicted 45-year-old A.Kh., forced a stray girl G.S. into prostitution and took away the money she earned. Moreover, she was subjected to sexual exploitation not only in Armenia, but also in Turkey.

Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the court of general jurisdiction of Yerevan Ajapnyak and Davtashen districts, the case will be reviewed by them.

According to the case, A.Kh. has met G.S. and upon discovering that she had no permanent residence, established control over her and later forcibly subjected to sexual exploitation, taking away the money she earned.

Then, continuing criminal activity, A.Kh entered into an agreement with a pimp, named Tanya, transported G.S. to Turkey, where she was sexually exploited for four months.

A criminal case under part 2 of Articles 132 and part 1 of Article 182 of the Criminal Code of Armenia has been instituted. A.Kh. is in custody.
