YEREVAN. – The US national currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 405.75/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Wednesday; this is a 0.26-percent—or an AMD 1.07—drop from the previous trading session on Tuesday.

Wednesday’s sales totaled $2.5 million at the stock exchange.

The exchange rate of the US dollar fell by AMD 2 at once at Armenia’s cash foreign currency market. Its buying rate dropped all the way to AMD 403-404/$1 and selling of the American currency starts at AMD 406.5/$1.
