A team of international observers of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly will visit Armenia on January 21-23 within the framework of long-term monitoring of presidential campaign in Armenia.

IPA CIS observation mission is headed by the Coordinator of the Committee, the Chairman of the Moldovan Parliament on national security, defense and public order Alexander Stoianoglo and Secretary General - Head of Secretariat of the IPA CIS Council Aleksey Sergeyev.

During the visit, meetings with the leadership of the National Assembly of Armenia, Central Electoral Commission, representatives of election headquarters of presidential candidates, the Prosecutor’s Office, the Court of Cassation, and the Armenian Police will be held.

The presidential elections will be held in Armenia on February 18, there will be eight presidential candidates.
