YEREVAN. – All of Armenia’s interstate highways and mountain passes are primarily drivable, as of Tuesday at 10am, but there is black ice on some road sections, the Ministry of Emergency Situations informs.

Also, several regional motorways are closed, whereas some regional highways and inter-village roads are difficult to pass.

And according to the information received from Georgia’s Emergency Situations Department, the Stepantsminda-Larsi Highway—which leads to the Armenian border—is open solely for buses with chained wheels and which seat up to thirty passengers.

Snow removal and road cleaning are in progress.
