How much is spent on Armenia’s presidential and parliamentary staffs?

YEREVAN. – Close to $10 million was allocated to Armenia’s Presidential Staff from the 2012 State Budget.

Presidential Chief of Staff  Vigen Sargsyan stated the aforesaid during Friday’s National Assembly session devoted to the initial discussion of the 2012 State Budget performance.

At the same time, 2.7 billion drams (approx. $ 6,479,430) were spent last year on the National Assembly (NA) Staff and MPs, NA Chief of Staff Gurgen Dumanyan informed.

To note, the amount that was spent on the National Assembly did not change significantly as compared to the previous year.
