YEREVAN. – Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on Saturday received Vladimir Khundadze, Head of the Revenue Service of Georgia.  

Sargsyan underscored the Armenian-Georgian cooperation and noted that it is consistent with the dynamically developing bilateral relations, the President’s Press Office informs.  

The interlocutors reflected on the activities that have gotten underway toward modernizing the Armenian-Georgian border checkpoints and making them meet international standards. They also pointed to the close cooperation, between the two customs services, in the operative exchange of information.

In his turn, Khundadze presented to Serzh Sargsyan the results of his discussions with the chairman of Armenia’s State Revenue Committee. As per the Georgian official, these talks are productive and they comprise all matters which interest the customs services of Armenia and Georgia.
