Russian President Vladimir Putrin and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayiip Erdogan discussed situation in Syria and Karabakh issue.
Turkish PM said there are joint steps that the sides must make and the talks that were held enabled to create a platform and basis for finding solution to these matters, RIA Novosti reported.
Erdogan believes that Russia and Turkey have obligations in the region “in terms of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, in terms of the situation in Syria and situation in Iraq.”
