Former Foreign Minister, non-pro-government Prosperous Armenia Party MP Vartan Oskanian traveled to Lithuanian capital city Vilnius.
At the invitation of Deputy Speaker Gediminas Kirkilas of the Lithuanian Seimas (Parliament), Oskanian will be in Vilnius from Wednesday to Friday, and before and during the European Union (EU) Eastern Partnership Summit to be convened in the city.
Oskanian will deliver a lecture at Vilnius University, and participate in a forum to be attended by parliamentarians from the EU and Eastern Partnership countries.
In addition, Armenia’s ex-FM will take part in a reception at Vilnius University Centre of Oriental Studies. Former President of Poland, Aleksander Kwaśniewski, likewise will attend this event.
During his trip Vartan Oskanian is also scheduled to hold talks at the Seimas and meet with media representatives.
