At the invitation of President Serzh Sargsyan, Russian Federation (RF) President Vladimir Putin will arrive in Armenia, on December 2, on a state visit.   

Along the lines of the visit Sargsyan and Putin will hold talks.

In the City of Gyumri and in capital city Yerevan, the two presidents will participate in several events, including the Armenian-Russian interregional conference, and visit the 102nd Russian Military Base stationed in Gyumri. 

In Yerevan, bilateral talks will be held. The parties will discuss the course of implementation of the agreements that were reached during Sargsyan’s visit to the RF on September 3, and exchange views on the ongoing activities and the future courses of action with respect to Armenia’s joining the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space.   

In addition, the parties will sign several documents on strengthening bilateral relations and deepening cooperation.

The results of the RF president’s visit to Armenia will be summed up during Presidents Serzh Sargsyan’s and Vladimir Putin’s joint news conference.
