According to the data received from the 198 majoritarian regions in Ukraine, the voter turnout was at 52.42 percent in Sunday’s Verkhovna Rada (Supreme Council; parliament) early election in the country, Ukrainskaya Pravda reported citing the Central Election Commission website.

According to data by the television, Ukrainian and international observers, seven political parties will enter the Rada, and the Bloc of [incumbent President] Petro Poroshenko is leading with 22.2 percent of the votes.
