STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on Tuesday. 

The decree is on posthumously awarding Private Garik Ispiryan of the NKR Defense Army with the medal For Service in Battle, and in recognition of his bravery shown during the defense of the NKR state border, informed the Central Information Department of the Office of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic President.

A 19-year-old Armenian soldier was killed by the adversary on Monday, and at a military outpost located in the eastern direction of the Line of Contact between the armed forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan. Garik Ispiryan had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. He was from the Gegharkunik Region of Armenia

As reported earlier, Azerbaijan made a sabotage attempt on Monday. According to our sources, there were five to seven losses from the Azerbaijani side.
