YEREVAN. – Member of ARF Dashnaktsutyn Giro Manoyan does not think that Azerbaijan will dramatically change position on Karabakh issue.

A number of incidents were registered in Karabakh conflict zone as a result of ceasefire violations over the year, he said.

“In fact continuation of talks was under question. On the other hand, I am confident that the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing states will continue the efforts so that the peace process would not be disrupted. If there are no talks, the likelihood of war will naturally increase,” he added.

Manoyan is convinced the co-chairs of OSCE Minsk Group will do everything to diminish likelihood of war, so that some process, even without serious progress, would took place.
