YEREVAN. – The statements coming from official Baku once again confirm that Azerbaijan does not understand a delicate language, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said at a joint press conference with his Latvian counterpart Edgars Rinkēvičs.
Nalbandian said the regular warlike statements by Baku should be considered as a response to the statement and calls by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing states adopted in Basel. The mediators called to seek peaceful solution to the conflict, to respect ceasefire agreement and reiterated their position excluding military solution to the conflict.
“Talking to reporters in Basel, I said that Azerbaijan does not understand a delicate language. The new statements and tension at the line of contact once again confirm that Baku does not understand this language. And the mediators should draw relevant conclusions,” he added.
