STEPANAKERT. - No political force in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic has proposed to amend the Constitution, Karabakh President Spokesman Davit Babayan told Armenian News – NEWS.am, referring to the information circulated in the press regarding Karabakh’s plans to implement constitutional amendments.

According to him, no one has yet made any official statement on the necessity to amend the Constitution. “If such a statement is made, I will comment on it,” Babayan said.

Earlier  Armenian “Irates de facto” newspaper wrote that Karabakh authorities are soon going to make a statement on implementing constitutional reforms.
