YEREVAN. – Monday, September 14, 2015 is All Souls’ Day plus a non-working day in Armenia.
The Armenian Apostolic Church on Sunday celebrated the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, which one of the five major feasts of the Church, and the most important of the four feasts of the Holy Cross.
According to the Church ritual, All Souls’ Divine Liturgy is offered in all Armenian Apostolic Churches on Mondays following the major feasts of the Church.
And on July 30, the Government of Armenia decided to move the working day on September 14 to Saturday, September 19.
