Three people are injured in an incident that occurred in the chemical plant in Togliatti, Russia.
The fire has been put out, TASS news agency of Russia reported citing the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the country.
There was an explosion in Downtown Togliatti. As a result, the aforementioned one-story brick building had partially collapsed and caught fire.
An 80-square-meter area was on fire.
The rescuers are working at the scene.
