Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan today visited Noragyugh village of Askeran region and learnt about the work carried out on a road of local importance, constructed by new technologies.

Sahakyan noted the importance of consistent modernization of the transportation network, stressing its strategic significance.

On the same day, he visited Ajapnyak district of Stepanakert city and met with its residents.

Issues on the district’s problems and ways of their solution were discussed.  

Special attention was attached to the environmental protection.

With this regard, the President gave corresponding instructions to the heads of the competent authorities, noting that the improvement of the commuter belt is one of the most important constituents of the capital’s development.
