Russian leader Vladimir Pution said the Islamic State has declared Russia its enemy long ago.

He believes it is possible to join efforts to fight ISIS, but the fight against terrorism should be held in line with the international law. That is in accordance with UN resolution or at the request of the official representative of the government, Putin said.

President of Russia said that all countries had been informed about Russia's actions in Syria, TASS reported. Russia will support the Syrian army without land operations.
